Day 2 of the formulation workshop with the theme: “Developing a Community-Based Rehabilitation Program: Building a Happy, Friendly, and Healthy Community for Las Piñas”
Mayor Mel Aguilar and Vice Mayor Louie Bustamante graced the opening of the workshop yesterday. In her message, Mayor Mel emphasized the holistic approach in addressing the drug problem. The formulation workshop which involves various stakeholders is an important step in that direction.
Acting as resources speakers during the first day of the workshop were PDEA Regional Director Wilkins Villanueva, Eddie Castillo (President – Seagull Flight Foundation), and Teresita Castillo (CEO-Seagull Flight Foundation).
