NEW GRADUATES OF LAS PIÑAS MANPOWER TRAINING CENTER

 

Mayor Mel Aguilar congratulates the newest batch of graduates from the Las Piñas Manpower Training Center, a TESDA registered learning institution offering short courses in technical education and skills development for free.

There are 482 trainees in the April to June 2018 short courses. The courses offered  were the following: automotive servicing, cookery, electrical installation and maintenance, English proficiency, food and beverage services, hairdressing, housekeeping, industrial electricity, massage therapy, computer system operations, ref and aircon servicing, shielded metal arc welding, consumer electronics servicing, audio and video servicing, and motorcycle/small engine servicing.

Councillor Henry Medina delivered the inspirational speech in behalf of Mayor Mel Aguilar. The graduates were advised to use wisely the knowledge and skills they acquired because it will be their passport to secure a good job or start their own business. Also present during the graduation ceremony were councillors from District 1 of Las Piñas City.
