Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar was the Commencement Speaker during the graduation rites of Class 2017 of Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College of Las Piñas (DFCAMLP). His wife, Ms. Alelee Aguilar Andanar represented her mother, Mayor Imelda Aguilar. Mayor Imelda T. Aguilar in her message congratulated the new batch of DFCAMLP graduates and advised them to use wisely their education. She told them to be role models of the city government’s educational scholarship program.
DFCAMLP is a Las Piñas City funded college, which is 100% tuition free to deserving students. The students are scholars of the city government who are entitled to study a four year business course. The college has produced topnotchers in the CPA Board Exam.
